Nyesa to sell Tryp Macarena hotel

8 April 2016

Nyesa is looking for a buyer for the Tryp Macarena hotel in Seville. The four-star property offers 331 rooms. Nyesa is hoping to net between €40m and €50m.
Nyesa Valores Corporación was established in 2008 following the merger of Nyesa and Inbesòs. Its debt, which exceeded €650m at one point, forced it to file for bankruptcy in 2012, but it reached an agreement with its shareholders two years later. However, its shares are still suspended from trading. It posted €2.6m in revenues in 2015, down from €186m in 2008.
