David Cohen has joined Meringoff Properties as Vice President, Leasing. Prior to his new post, Cohen specialized in commercial leasing at Avison Young. He earned his degree from the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University, where he majored in Finance and Real Estate. “We are very excited to have David as part of our team,” said Leslie Himmel, co-Managing Principal of Himmel + Meringoff Properties. “He will be playing a vital role as we look to grow our portfolio of buildings.”
