ASPI Group is planning to deliver the fourth building in its Elite residential complex in Plovdiv, south-central Bulgaria. The first two phases of the project in the city’s Trakia district included three buildings offering 138 apartments on 14,300 sqm. The first two buildings were delivered in 2011, while the third was completed last year. Building D is set for completion in mid-2017.
“We rely on a different type of construction, with enough air, green areas, parking lots, more comfort and a European standard of living,” the the investor, ASPI Building, a subsidiary of ASPI Group, said in a statement.
