Electrolux Poland has joined the tenant list at Karolkowa Business Park after signing a lease 1,300 sqm in the building developed by Asbud. The new office will support the company’s Polish sales operations. The new tenants is also to launch its first Taste Center on the Polish market, totaling 218 sqm of space.
Delivered by the local developer Asbud last year, Karolkowa Business Park offers 18,600 sqm of lettable space, including a 2,600 sqm retail and service component. The building is currently 85-percent leased.
