Skanska USA and Twining Properties have announced the completion of the Watermark Seaport apartments in the Seaport District neighborhood of Boston. Located at the intersection of Seaport Boulevard and Boston Wharf Road, the 17 story luxury apartment tower and a 6 story loft building offer 346 units. Currently, studio rents begin at around $2,300, while a one bedroom unit starts at $2,800. The property is within walking distance of the MBTA’s Silver Line.
