HanseMerkur Grundvermögen AG has acquired the office tower SIGN! from Frankonia Eurobau in MedienHafen, Düsseldorf. The building was acquired for the Alternative Investment Fonds HMG Grundwerte Büro Deutschland. Designed by the architect Helmut Jahn, the 13,500 sqm building’s anchor tenant is Anwaltskanzlei Noerr. The buyer was advised on the transaction by Dr. Philipp Jebens from the law firm Jebens Ching LLP.
