Having changed hands last year, Warsaw’s Metropolitan office building has completed the BREEAM certification process again and received a Very Good rating. Colliers International oversaw the process on behalf the new owner, Deutsche AWM, who appointed the agency an exclusive manager for the property. Located at Plac Piłsudskiego street, in the center of Warsaw, the building was sold for roughly €200m. The transaction followed the takeover of Warsaw’s landmark office project, Rondo 1, valued at €300m.
