ECI (Europejskie Centrum Inwestycji) is preparing the ground for its flagship scheme Infinicity, which has been in planning for the last couple of years. The five-building office complex would offer 63,000 sqm of new office space, together with 250 flats, in Warsaw’s Mokotów district on Postępu street. The investor expects to complete the project in 2018.
ECI took over the land in 2012, as a part of its acquisition of the Polish company Translift. Worth PLN 35m, the transaction gave ECI an 85 percent share in the company, which moved its operations from Mokotów to Stare Babice last year, making it possible for the developer to start demolition work to clear the way for the new project.
