A former bank building near the metro station Kupchino in Moscow station has been put up for auction for RUB 15.5m and eventually sold RUB 25.3m.The auction was organized by the Russian Auction House, and attracted a total of 11 bidders. The building which once housed a Sberbank branch office, has a strong location as it sits close to Bucharest Street, Danube Avenue and local highways. In all, a total of six former Sberbank branches were put up for auction with sizes ranging from 87 sqm to 602 sqm and prices beginning at RUB 7.2m.
