Tenants will soon start moving into the first building at Brickell City Centre called the Reach condominium tower. The developer, Swire Properties, has sold 86 percent of 390 units in the building and has now secured a temporary certificate of occupancy. Closings at Reach will begin within ten days with units being delivered move-in ready. Brickell City Centre is a $1.05 billion shopping and mixed-use project in the Brickell district of Downtown Miami. The complex will consist of four stories of retail and entertainment space, topped by two smaller residential towers, two office towers, a wellness tower and a hotel.
