Harman International and BASF Hungária signed a lease agreement for office space at the Nordic Light office building on Váci Road in Budapest. Harman International signed a lease on 1,000 sqm in the project’s first phase, while BASF Hungária signed a lease on 2,000 sqm in the second phase. Currently, the building has pre-leases on 26 percent of the total space. Schneider Electric and M&C Energia signed leases on 3,650 sqm of office space last year. Skanska Property Hungary will develop the LEED pre-certified project in two phases. Completion is set for Q2 and Q3 2016.
