GRR Group has acquired a REWE supermarket in Karlsdorf for GRR German Retail Fund No. 1. The fully-leased property was modernized in 2015, having been built in 2007, and offers 2,000 sqm of lettable space with 94 parking spaces. The purchase price for the store was €3.8m. The building is located in a residential area, between Karlsdorf and Karlsdorf-Neuhard. The vendor was a Luxembourg fund. EPP European Property Partners from Limburg an der Lahn advised on the transaction. GRR German Retail Fund No.1 is managed through the CCB IntReal platform.
