P&P Gruppe has acquired a piece of development land with two existing buildings on Spiegelstraße 5 in Fürth. The property offers 1,481 sqm of land for the construction of up to 5,386 sqm of rental apartments. This will require the demolition of one of the buildings, a family home, followed by a complete renovation and expansion of the other commercial building that stands on the plot. The result will be a residential property offering micro-apartments, along with two and three-room units. The property is located near the city park by Furth’s downtown area and offers good connections to public transport. Renovation work should start in the middle of the year. The purchase price wasn’t disclosed.
