The Pestana Group will open another hotel in the USA, this time in the city of Newark. The group, which already has a hotel in Miami, Pestana South Beach Miami, says its newest hotel will open in 2017. The project arises from the partnership with a Portuguese business group based in USA which will most likely act act as developer. Hotel Pestana in Newark will have 109 rooms and the start of construction is planned for this summer, with work expected to last about 16 months. The volume of the investment has not yet been announced.
