Skanska Property has bought the office portion of the Praga office development project in Prague 8 – Karlin. It’s located next to Corso Court, the office complex Skanska built and sold to Invesco (for €55m) in 2015. The seller is M2 Real Estate, owned by the Datart shareholders Pavel Bádal, Petr Soukup and Charles Butler. Skanska Property has purchased the project with a valid planning permit. The president of Skanska Property, Marie Passburg, hopes to be able to start construction in the first quarter of 2017. The price of the transaction was not released.
