Lordship claims summer start of construction for Palac Stromovka possible

1 April 2016

Progress appears to have been made at the crisis meetings between the developer Lordship and Prague 7 officials over the fate of Palac Stromovka. Lordship’s development director Jan Zamrzla says the negotiations were constructive, with the developer offering to redesign the façade of the retail portion of the project, while removing the upper cylinder-shaped office portion. Both changes had been demanded by Prague 7 authorities. The design work will be undertaken by A.D.N.S. architects in a way that should allow the building to fit into the existing block structure of the location. The developer will have to apply for a change of the zoning permit, but it’s thought construction should be able to begin on at least the retail portion of Palac Stromovka by this summer.
