Ipec has changed its plans with the D1 Outlet it has been developing between Senec and Pezinok on the D1 motorway near Bratislava. Rather than building an outlet mall, the developer will work with the Jiangsu Weitian Chemical Group to build 80 mixed-use units. These will be sold to investors and then leased by Ipec for use as showrooms, storage and office space to small Chinese companies. Twenty of the units have been already sold and leased. The project has been rebranded as D1 Expo Business Centrum.
