Chicago-based Bridge Development has secured a $15.75 million construction loan from JPMorgan Chase Bank to begin work on the third phase of Bridge Point CrossroadsSouth industrial park. The 255,846 sqf distribution warehouse is located at in Hialeah Gardens. The developer acquired the 16.9-acre site for $7.05 million in July 2015. Cushman & Wakefield has been selected as the broker for the project.
