Estamo sales jump 700% following mergers

31 March 2016

The real estate company Estamo, which belongs to Parpública Group, sold 28 properties in 2015 with a total value of €98.5m, a rise of 700 percent compared to 2014, when the sales volume did not exceed 11.9 million euros. The company has increased its focus on sales, but the primary contributor to the improved figures is the fact that Estamo merged with two other public companies, Lazer e Floresta and Consest. Meanwhile, Parpública merged with Sagestamo. The most valuable property sold in 2015 by Estamo was the former Convent of Santa Joana, in Lisbon, which cost €11.2m and will be turned into a 5-star hotel.
