Nile House, one of the buildings in the River City Prague office complex in Prague 8 – Karlín has received the first Platinum “LEED for Existing Buildings: Operation and Maintenance” certification. It’s the first one to be awarded in the Czech Republic. JLL´s property management team provided support and coordination in the process. Nile House was built in 2005 as the second building of the River City Prague project after the completion of Danube House. The building is now owned by CA Immo. Key tenants in the 17,650 sqm building include Deloitte, Procter & Gamble, Ford Motor Company, British American Tobacco and eBay.
