Developer and operator of senior living communities, Sonata Senior Living, has officially broken ground on a new community, Sonata West, in Winter Garden, FL. Located approximately 15 miles west of downtown Orlando, the new resort style rental community will feature 113 apartments, 78 independent living and 35 assisted living apartments, as well as 10 exclusive “club-level” apartments with upgraded finishes and special access. The 139,000 sqf, $30 million property is slated for completion in March of 2017. Sonata Senior Living is a subsidiary of Orlando-based Sonata Healthcare LLC which has overseen the development and operations of more than 20 central Florida senior housing communities.
