Tristan Capital Partners and White Star Real Estate have acquired a decommissioned power station on a riverside site in central Warsaw’s Powisle district. The JV will convert the property into a class A office complex, along with retail and housing components, in an investment that’s been valued at €200m. The scheme will add 45,000 sqm of new space to the Warsaw market, 28,000 sqm of which will be offices. The partners will also deliver a 9,000 sqm shopping arcade with the scheme, as well as an 70-unit apartment block that will comprise one-eighth of the total development space.
