The Kolter Group has broken ground 90 days ahead of schedule on ONE St. Petersburg, a 41 story condominium tower in St. Petersburg, FL. The mixed use asset will feature 253 luxury condominiums, a 40,000 sqf elevated resort deck with a fitness center and swimming pool, a 173 room Hyatt Hotel along with over 17,000 sqf of retail space. To date, the project has generated over $110 million worth of pre-sales, making it the top selling condominium in the Tampa Bay Area. The building was designed by SB Architects, while Smith & Associates Real Estate is the exclusive listing agency for ONE. The build out is expected to be finished sometime in 2017.
“ONE St. Petersburg will have the best panoramic views of the city being that it is the highest building in the downtown district,” Dave Traynor, Smith & Associates’ vice president of real estate and developer services, told MHN. “This landmark building will occupy one city block with residences, retail shopping and a Hyatt hotel.”
