Integrated Construction LLC., based in Jacksonville, has won a tender to build a $9.4 million assisted living facility in Beaufort, South Carolina. The plans call for the new three story project, Beaufort Assisted Living Facility, to span 57,117 sqf with 76 rooms and 83 beds. The facility was designed by DI Group Architects, based out of New Brunswick, New Jersey. The new scheme is slated for completion in April of 2017.
