Wilson & Partners held their annual MIPIM dinner with key local and international clients in Cannes on March 16.
Clients at the dinner reflected the increasingly positive outlook that most MIPIM delegates took away from the event, as the volume of business expected in 2016 is likely to exceed last year’s results by a considerable margin. Investor appetite for real estate assets in the Czech Republic and Slovakia appears to be growing, with both international and local investors now competing actively for assets as they appear on the market.
Commenting on the overall feeling Bryan Wilson said: „The overall sentiment at MIPIM was positive, with strong capital available for acquisitions. Judging by the number of meetings we attended with potential new investors, Prague is certainly still an attractive location with solid product.“
