22 March 2016

Developer Riverwalk East Development has submitted its plans for a 70-story condo tower project with a lighthouse on top to the Miami River Commission’s Urban Infill & Greenways Subcommittee. The new scheme will feature a 817-foot tower with 384 residential units and 561 parking spaces. Amenities will include a spa and pool deck that will span levels 53 through 55, with penthouse units above. The company paid $125 million for the 1.25-acre located at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way. Revuelta Architecture and Argentina’s Bodas Miani Anger have been selected to design the building.
