Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine Associates have purchased a new medical office building in Lemoyne, PA for $3 million. The 23,000 sqf building is located at 50 N. 12th Street and traded for just over $130 per sqf. The new office building will allow the group which currently occupies three locations to consolidate into one primary location. PCCMA expects to move in later this year after renovations have been completed. CBRE represented the buyer during the transaction.
“This transaction proves that independent, private medical practices are still very active in the suburban marketplace, looking for ways to optimize their occupancy strategies,” said Jeremy Shyk, CBRE. “This new office location will allow PCCMA to house all of their providers and staff under one roof, while using much of the existing medical build-out of the property to save a tremendous amount of money on tenant improvements.”
