18 March 2016

Florida East Coast Realty has filed a petition with the FAA to increase the height of the Panorama Tower project in Miami. Already slated to be the tallest residential high-rise on the eastern seaboard south of New York, the request is to increase the final height to 843 feet, up from the current approved height of 822 feet. The mixed-use development at 1101 Brickell Avenue will feature 821 apartments, 208 hotel rooms, more than 50,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, a 19-story pedestal with more than 100,000 sqf of medical office space and parking for 2,000 cars. The 83-story tower is already under construction with Tutor Perini acting as the general contractor.
