Carr Properties has sold Victory Point, a 147,966 square foot office building in the Westfields Corporate Center in Chantilly, VA. The buyer, The Goldstar Group, paid $16.3 million for the three story building located at 14200 Park Meadow Drive. Victory Point is within the 1,110 acre Westfields Corporate Center and is within walking distance of the future Regency Center, a 1.12 million square foot office/hotel/retail site. The property has undergone $4 million worth of renovations over the past ten years. Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller during the sale.
