Chicago-based real estate investment company American Landmark Properties has named Cushman & Wakefield as its exclusive leasing agent for Meadows Office Complex in Rutherford, NJ. The property is located 8 miles from Manhattan at the intersections of Route 3 and the NJ Turnpike. The complex features two buildings totaling 600,000 square feet that are nearly 90 percent leased. Major tenants in the buildings include MALO, Sony Music Entertainment, SGS North America and Shiseido Americas. The Meadows features a full-service cafeteria, conference center, onsite fitness and daycare centers, concierge desk and an on-site Renaissance Hotel. The buildings underwent a $4.5 million renovation in 2014.
