The Silverman Group has announced the sale of the Trefoil Park, a five-building, office, laboratory, and flex park in Trumbull, CT. Selling for $26.7 million, the park totals 232,675 sq ft. The complex, which was 96 percent leased at the time of the sale, has a diverse roster of 37 corporate and industrial tenants. Thirty six percent of the rented space consists of tenants who have been on the property for ten years or longer. Cushman & Wakefield located and worked with the buyer, 265 West 34th Street, LLC. and has been appointed by the buyer as the exclusive management and leasing agent for the portfolio.
