271 flats in the The Mile in the mixed-use project in Berlin have been sold and the retail space has been leased. The project, under development by formart GmbH & Co. KG on Chausseestrasse, is not due for completion for another six months. In addition to 271 condominium units, ranging from 35 sqm to 150 sqm, the building will also offer 730 sqm of office and commercial space. The avarage purchase price was €4,600 per sqm.
