Long-term profitability and high-quality product are must-have features, according to Skanska Commercial Development Europe, which sold 11 office buildings and reported a total transactional volume of nearly €500m last year. The company explains it is not only necessary to have an open and friendly approach with investors as well as a smooth and quick transaction process, but developers must offer high-quality product and a high lease level if they want to sell their projects.
