The building at Esplanade 40 in Hamburg isn’t due for completion for another year, but its owner Dieter Becken has secured its first tenant. ABC Business Center will move into the building, which will be called Esplace, in August 2017, and will occupy 1,300 sqm of space. The office will be its fourth in the Hansestadt. ABC Business Center offers fully furnished private offices to its clients on flexible terms. Once the office tower is completed, sometime in the first quarter of 2017, the building will provide a total of 5,800 sqm of office space on 15 floors.
