BCR has put the Silver Mountain residential complex in Poiana Brasov on the market. Knight Frank Romania will oversee the sale. BCR bought Silver Mountain two years ago for €50m.
The project, developed by INR Management Real Estate, went bankrupt and was sold following a public auction organized by Euro Insol. The project includes 171 apartments, 176 parking spaces, two shops, a multifunctional building and a plot covering approximately 206,500 sqm. INR Management Real Estate filed for bankruptcy. It owed BCR €85m in debt.
