Bilfinger real Estate has leased 3,500 sqm sqm of office space at Heinrich-von-stephan-strasse in Freiburg to a major industry player in the insurance industry. The company has requested that its name be withheld for the time being. It has a local office in Freiburg already, but determined that it has a growing need for space. BNP Paribas brokered the transaction. The investment is part of the office portfolio of investment company FLE SICAV FIS, which Bilfinger has managed since 2014.
