The Supervisory Board of Aareal Bank AG has appointed Christiane Kunisch-Wolff as a member of the Management Board. Kunisch-Wolff will take over the function of Chief Risk Officer, assuming responsibility for Aareal Bank’s risk control. Marija Korsch, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Aareal Bank AG, said “Ms. Kunisch-Wolff will make an important contribution to maintaining Aareal Bank AG’s sustainable risk policy, and to the ongoing development of the bank’s risk management systems.“ Kunish-Wolff was a member of the Management Board of WestImmo prior to this, but will be resigning the post in a move scheduled to take effect on March 14.
