Franklin Street has been selected by COFE Properties to manage the Aventura View office tower in Aventura. The company will run the 107,304 square-foot office tower located at 2999 Northeast 191st Street. The 10 story property underwent a $3 million renovation before COFE picked up the asset in December 2015 for $40 million. Built in 1988 across the street from the Aventura Mall, the office tower is 85 percent leased to a variety of law firms, medical-office users, real estate firms, travel companies and to City National Bank. “We are thrilled to add a crown jewel like Aventura View to our growing management portfolio,” said Lisa Jesmer, Vice President of Management Services Franklin Street. “Aventura is a very affluent residential market, which drives the need for high-end offices. Aventura View continues to benefit from that demand.”
