Brickell’s One Real Estate Investment LLC has submitted plans to the newly formed Design Review Committee for the Wynwood district of Miami. A new 12 story mixed use tower, to be named Wynwood Square, will feature 267 residential units, 55,227 square feet of office space, 25,214 square feet of commercial space, along with 482 parking spaces. The committee will pass a recommendation to the UDRB, which in turn will send an opinion to the Planning and Zoning Department. The developer purchased the 1.78 acre site, located at 2201 North Miami Avenue, last year for $15 million.
