An affiliate of Vancouver, Washington based Hawthorn Development, LLC., has picked up four acres of land at the Brinton Lake Corporate Center in Glen Mills, PA. Hawthorn plans to build a 142 suite retirement residence on the $1.8 million purchase. The facility will offer three meals a day, transportation, and activities for a monthly fee. Richard Weitzman of Colliers International represented the seller, Wynnewood Development, in this transaction. The project is slated for completion in 2017.
