Boca Raton investors building new apartments in Davie

A joint venture between the Boca Raton-based companies Giles Capital Group, Rosemurgy Properties, and FSG Holdings have started construction on a new apartment project in Davie. The project, PARC3400, will be a 259 unit complex located at 3400 Davie Road, a few blocks south of Interstate 595 and across from Broward College. The investor picked up the 8 acre site in 2014 for $8 million. The general contractor for the project is Pompano Beach-based Current Builders and RLC Architects was chosen to design the community. The apartments should be ready for occupancy in the spring of 2017. “Our location will provide residents with convenient access to employment, entertainment, and education centers,” said Rick Giles, managing partner of Park Partners Residential.
