Urban Edge Properties has announced the promotion of Michael Zucker to the position of Executive Vice President-Leasing. Zucker has more than twelve years of leasing experience for the company, having originally joined the firm in 2004. Urban Edge Properties owns 84 assets totaling 14.8 million square feet of gross leasable area mostly in the New York metropolitan region. “We are delighted to recognize Michael’s significant contributions to the growth of our company. His deal-making acumen, creativity and tireless work ethic make him an excellent addition to our executive team,” said Jeff Olson, Urban Edge’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
