GreenLife started construction its first residential complex in Sofia. Located on Mladost street next to a metro station, AlfaApartments will offer 109 units in two buildings ranging from 57 sqm to 102 sqm. The scheme will also include 38 garages and parking lots. One building will have nine floors, while the second will have six floors. Completion is set for spring 2017.
“With this project, we are trying to meet the demand from young families’ first home, who do not need large apartments at high-end prices,” said Antoaneta Todorova, commercial director at GreenLife.
