LC Corp has secured financing for the expansion of its Silesia Star office building in Katowice. PKO BP backed the Wrocław-based developer with a PLN 63.5m loan to launch the project’s second phase. The transaction is a part of LC Corp’s 2016 strategy to expand its exposure to Poland’s office sector. In its 2015 financial report, the company said it aims to diversify its real estate portfolio this year.
