PPF Group owned by Petr Kellner sold the Line office project in Prague 6 and 40 ha residential development project in Trojmezí area in Prague to an ex-manager of the financial group, Karel Pražák. Pražák reportedly also wants to buy Prague Eye, a two highrise buildings planned for Prague 4 Chodov designed to be the tallest in the Czech Republic, if built. The projects have been in planning for years but had been blocked by local municipalities and activists.
