PPF offloads development projects

PPF Group owned by Petr Kellner sold the Line office project in Prague 6 and 40 ha residential development project in Trojmezí area in Prague to an ex-manager of the financial group, Karel Pražák. Pražák reportedly also wants to buy Prague Eye, a two highrise buildings planned for Prague 4 Chodov designed to be the tallest in the Czech Republic, if built. The projects have been in planning for years but had been blocked by local municipalities and activists. PPF Group will concentrate on acquisitions and on the management of completed assets, according to idnes.cz.
