The Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando has been acquired by the Paradise Group for $26 million. The property is located at the intersection of East Pine Street and Rosalind Ave. on Lake Eola in downtown Orlando. Paying just under $155,689 per key, the company bought the asset free and clear of any debt. The 167 room hotel features 6,850 square feet of indoor meeting space with an additional 3,000 square feet of flexible pre-function space, outdoor pool, a fitness and business center and a full-service restaurant. HFF investment represented the seller, HEI Hotels & Resorts, during the sale. BayStar Hotel Group will manage the hotel.
