Boston-based TJAC Development has acquired The Boca Grove Centre office building near Boca Raton for $11.5 million. The 51,808 square-foot office complex on Powerline Road traded for just under $222 per square foot. Built in 1983 on a 3.45 acre site, the building was sold by Kas Grove and is managed by Daniel Stuzin, who picked up the asset in 2013 for $6.91 million. The deal was completed with a $8.6 million mortgage provided by SunTrust Bank
