The two office buildings that make up Marquês Office Square will be renovated in central Lisbon. JLL has been retained to lease the 24,000 sqm property on Marquês de Pombal street. “The two buildings constitute an offer of unique offices, both because of their location and because of their job opportunities,” says Mariana Rosa, Director of the Office Agency for JLL. She said both buildings can accommodate companies that require an entire floor, as the layout enables this. The two buildings located at numbers 12 and 13 in Marquês de Pombal Square will be completely refurbished inside and modernized. The volume of the investment needed to complete the work was not disclosed.
