Rosemurgy Properties has purchased a 3.2 acre plot of land for a self-storage facility. The company paid $6 million for the site at 545 S. Federal Highway in Deerfield Beach. Rosemurgy plans to build a 93,163 square-foot self-storage complex by fall 2016 that will be managed by Sentry Self-Storage. The property was sold by a family trust that acquired the location in 2013 for $4.7 million. “We are excited to partner with Sentry Self-Storage to bring a best-in-class development to Deerfield Beach,” said Alex Rosemurgy, CEO, Rosemurgy Properties.
