Christian Ulbrich will become JLL’s President from the June 1, 2016. As President he will be responsible for managing the regional businesses in Asia Pacific, EMEA, and the Americas and will report to CEO Colin Dyer, who will be in charge of the company’s global strategy, focusing on IT, data strategies, and overseeing LaSalle Investment Management. Ulbrich joined JLL in 2005 as Managing Director of JLL Germany and has held the role of EMEA CEO since 2009. Ulbrich’s successor as EMEA boss is Guy Grainger, JLL’s CEO for the UK.
